QA/QC Introduction

 For the quality managing system, we strictly follow the ISO9001:2000 standard. We also have our own quality principle: with the participation of all stuff, we strive to produce goods and deliver services with extrordinary quality to meet customer demands,we never cease to innovate. By the standard and principles, we efficiently assured the product quality, and strengthened our competition ability. We also applied the principle to the checking process of Raw Material, Manufacturing, and shipment, which greatly improved the passing rate of finished products and made our products domestically and internationally standardized.
 In the process of manufacturing, we adopt a basic principle of examine from minority and imperceptibility. We found an efficient "7S" management system, start from each joint, constantly find and solve problem. Our "7S" system thus set a solid foundation of a leading position for our company in the field. In the process of quality control, beside average checking processes, we also have a series professional checking methods like: high temperature, low temperature, impacting and aging etc., which greatly assured a international controlling standard of our products.
